Enable Release Phase To-Dos in the Aha to Slack Integration

What is the challenge?

• We’re moving release management from Monday.com to Aha!, using release templates with standardized phases and to-dos. In testing, the Slack integration 2.0 sends notifications for release-level to-dos, but not for to-dos within release phases, and there’s no option to configure those notifications.

What is the impact?

• Owners don’t receive Slack notifications when release phase to-dos are created, reducing visibility into assigned work and requiring manual follow-up. This leaves a gap in the workflow we’re trying to bring over from Monday.com.

Describe your idea.

• Extend the Slack integration to support release phases and their to-dos, including those created from release templates. Allow notifications to a selected Slack channel that mention assigned owners and link directly to their to-dos, so they can start tracking and completing their release responsibilities.
