Customizable/Translatable user feedback button labels per knowledge base

What is the challenge?

• Enabling Settings > User Feedback > Enable user feedback displays “This was helpful” and “This was not helpful” buttons beneath every page. These labels remain in English in our Spanish and German knowledge bases, and we cannot customize them. We want to display them in the knowledge base’s language without enabling the translation feature.

What is the impact?

• English feedback buttons create a mixed-language experience and may make it harder for readers who do not understand English to provide feedback. The knowledge base doesn't look like "one" anymore.

Describe your idea.

• Allow administrators to edit both feedback button labels for each knowledge base, independently of the translation feature. The custom labels should appear on all pages within that knowledge base, allowing us to match the language of our content.
