Allow users to define search synonyms and article aliases in knowledge base search

What is the challenge?

• Users cannot define synonyms or article-specific search keywords to account for alternate wording, word forms, and spacing.

What is the impact?

• Visitors can miss relevant articles when their search terms differ from the article's wording.

Describe your idea.

• Allow administrators to define equivalent terms, such as "powercycle" and "power cycle."

• Allow authors to add article-specific search keywords or aliases.
