Allow for tag families

What is the challenge?

• In tagging, we often use a group or family hierarchy structure. Allow for tagging families where we can drill down. So, for example, "Frustration" may roll up into a tag family/category of "Sentiment" or what not. This is not the greatest example, but it does highlight the greater grouping that may be necessary to export tags for a larger category, rather than having to look specifically at just those.
