Allow administrators to turn off the Aha! desktop app

What is the challenge?

• Many organizations require their security team to approve every application before employees can install it.

• Account administrators have no way to stop users from downloading or signing in to the Aha! desktop app.

What is the impact?

• Administrators at organizations with strict software approval policies cannot enforce those policies for Aha! software.

• Users can install an application their security team has not approved.

Describe your idea.

• Add a setting to Settings → Account → Security and single sign-on that lets an account administrator turn off the Aha! desktop app for everyone in the account.

• When the setting is off, users do not see prompts to download the desktop app and cannot sign in to the account from it.

• Users keep full access to Aha! software in a browser.
