Issues with activity webhook integration UX

We have implemented an integration for one of our internal systems that we need for things like compliance and product catalog management.

We want to show to the users that the integration with our internal system was successfully enabled, e.g. by showing a link / ID of the record in the other system on the Aha record; we do that in a read-only custom field, however when users duplicate their Aha record, this information gets copied as well, which is not good.

It seems that using Integration webhooks to initiate the synchronization would be a potential solution. This would give users an explicit action that immediately triggers, and (hopefully) has a better way of reflecting the result back in Aha! so that duplicating the record will not copy the integration information.

Unfortunately, integration webhooks seem not available on Epic and Initiative level where we currently like to integrate.
