Display Last Activity Date in User Management for License Reviews

What is the challenge? The Users management screen does not display a user's Last Activity Date, requiring administrators to open each user profile and review the History section individually to verify recent activity during license audits.

What is the impact? This manual process is time-consuming, increases administrative effort, and creates a risk of incorrectly reclaiming licenses from users who are still actively using Aha!.

Describe your idea. During license reviews, administrators can identify potentially inactive users through filters on the Users management screen, but the user's actual Last Activity Date is not visible. To verify activity, administrators must open each user profile and review the History section individually, which is time-consuming and can lead to active users being mistakenly flagged for license reclamation.

Proposed Solution
Expose Last Activity Date as a column on the Users management screen and make it available for filtering, sorting, reporting, and exports where feasible.
