Bulk manage AI credit allocations for users and custom groups

What is the challenge?

• Administrators must update AI credit limits individually for each user. This is time-consuming when enabling or adjusting access for a large cohort, such as product directors.

What is the impact?

• Manual updates create unnecessary administrative overhead and make it harder to stage an AI rollout, enforce budget controls, and adjust allocations as usage patterns emerge. This may discourage broader adoption of Elle and MCP.

Describe your idea.

• Allow administrators to bulk manage AI credits by selecting multiple users from the user-management page and setting a shared credit limit.

• Also support assigning and updating AI credit limits through custom groups (not paid seat groups).
