Require Completion of Required Epic Fields When Converted from Initiative or Feature

What is the challenge?

• When you convert records, the new record layout isn't enforced.

What is the impact?

• This can allow for certain fields that are required in an Epic layout to be blank when Converted from an Initiative or Feature. If that field is read-only post record creation, the user is unable to populate the blank field.
