left panel sizing for portal pages to be adaptable by user

What is the challenge?

• currently the left panel for an idea overview is adjustable by a user, but if you add a page to the portal which does show a structure with long names the left panel size is not adjustable by the user

What is the impact?

• user experience not as nice as on ideas overview
