Allow Scheduled Tasks to Write Notes

What is the challenge?

• Scheduled Tasks is a great new addition but has one gap that really limits it's widespread use

What is the impact?

• Scheduled tasks are not able to create any artifacts without user intervention which introduces significant friction to the user having to watch ever task to complete the task
