In Aha! Discovery, the Contact groups field does not support clean reporting on the members of a single group. When a report is filtered by a contact group, it correctly returns contacts in that group. However, it also displays separate rows for every other group those contacts belong to. This creates repeated group combinations instead of a clear, deduplicated list of contacts in the selected group. (See attached example.)
Researchers cannot easily identify or manage participants for a specific recruiting effort or study in custom reports. Today they must rely on the participants report or export data to another tool to filter and report on a single contact group effectively.
Add a Contact groups tag field for custom reports that behaves like a standard tag field. When users filter by a specific contact group, the report should show only contacts assigned to that group, regardless of any additional groups they belong to. Contacts may still appear in multiple rows when multiple groups are displayed, but filtering should isolate the selected group and eliminate unrelated group rows.
