Limit Elle (AI Assistant) prompt to only show in allowed workspaces

What is the challenge?

• Currently, limiting Elle (AI Assistant) workspace access only prevents workspace record access. Workspaces where Elle (AI Assistant) access has been specifically excluded, Aha! users can still open Elle (AI Assistant) from the main navigation and create AI prompts based on non-workspace data/information

What is the impact?

• Limited access and control over which workspaces Elle (AI Assistant) appears on

• When performing AI testing to a specific workspace, it makes change management a little harder if non-testing users can see Elle (AI Assistant) available for use
