Export All Presentation Slides to PowerPoint

What is the challenge?

• When exporting an Aha! Presentation to PowerPoint, only slides containing Aha! views are included in the exported PPT. Slides that contain standard presentation content such as text, images, tables, and formatting created directly within the Presentation are excluded from the export

What is the impact?

• Users cannot reliably use the PowerPoint export as a complete copy of their presentation.

• Additional manual work is required to recreate missing slides and content in PowerPoint.

Describe your idea.

• Align PowerPoint export behavior with PDF export behavior by including all presentation content in the exported PowerPoint file.

• Export every slide in the presentation regardless of whether it contains an Aha! view, text, images, tables, or other presentation elements.

• This would allow teams to share, edit, and present exported PowerPoint files without needing to manually recreate missing content.
