Due Date Slippage Report
I basically want to create a report which finds Slippage (4+ Delays): The due date has been pushed backward on 4 or more separate days.
Strict Deduplication Rule: If a due date is modified multiple times on the exact same day (e.g., changed to the 10th, then the 12th on a Monday), count it as only 1 delay event. To reach a count of 4, the edits must have occurred on 4 different calendar dates.

This is really hard to report on today, and is crucial for better tracking purposes. Right now we have to rely on the user to record a reason for the slippage in comments, or a custom table, which let's face it - never happens. Being able to report on date slippage will reduce reporting burden on 'history changes' reporting, which are bulky and limited to 90 days.
