Allow customers to see/filter on what's been proxy voted on their behalf within the customer portal.

What is the challenge?

• Rather than screenshare or export a standardized aha report filtered down to a specific customer and their votes, we'd like them to be able to self-serve or track this information themselves. However, the customer today can only assume their SPOC proxy voted on their behalf by hovering over face icons under the vote

What is the impact?

• Customers can see both their own votes/ideas and those proxy voted on their behalf.

• Why? This increases trust that we're advocating for their ideas to help with the paradigm shift of the skeptics of the ideas portal given the size of our organization's ideas portal.

  • Added context - a lot of our larger customers with increased level of support and services have many proxy votes and few org votes given their expectations of our team.

• Show proxy votes on behalf of customer behind a permission and under the 'my votes' filter or separate side section just for 'Proxy Voted on my behalf'.
