What is the challenge?
we have several organizations with the very same identical name, but only differing in some custom field information like the customer ID and it might be even helpful to bring in an additional field to enable more precise search and filtering to users.
What is the impact?
any search or filtering of information related to organisations would be easier being able to identify custom fields to show up with the organization name.
Describe your idea.
Introducing a setting (like the proxy vote model) on account level to add custom fields to be shown with customer name (not being unique) to make search and filtering easier for everyone making use of this information.

Hi @Guest, I am digging into this and am curious if you know where in the Discovery UI this is needed.
In all the places where you can view organization names today, you can also add an organization filter and column for any custom field, with one exception – the study participant's list. We could add the ability to customize the columns on that page, and later prioritize this next idea as needed.
Let me know if there are any other places in the UI where you see this as a need.
