Make it easier to identify users for proxy votes
What is the challenge?
When I try to add a proxy vote, I'm unable to see identifying information about the existing users.
What is the impact?
Without the email address, I can't verify who each user is. I ultimately don't use the proxy vote feature because I can't search for user or see their full information to properly identify them.
Describe your idea.
Allow users to each by email address to find existing users quickly.

Require proxy votes to be tied to individual customer users for better traceability when account managers report back to the larger customer team. This makes that requirement more realistic.
Why? Better follow-up and visibility as we engage with the customer - explain who wants it to main POCs or relationship owners, who to gather more details from, or whether it should be a priority or a NTH.
