Elle can't select tags in a custom field on Key results

What is the challenge?

• Currently, Elle cannot reliably select values from a custom tags field on Key results. Elle is aware of the field and the field values, but cannot successfully complete the action. Elle can reliably clear the tags field however.

What is the impact?

• Keeping tags updated requires a lot of repetitive manual work.

• Fully implement support for Elle updating a custom tags field for Key results records.
