What is the challenge?

• Understanding usage, traction and portal "behaviour" in order to derive some conclusions out of it compared to real actions taken in the portal.

What is the impact?

• So far any analytics available only show active participation by voting, commenting, submitting ideas etc. It does not outline how many users logged on and browsing information on the portal.

• We would like to know login counts, unique visitor tracking and browsing statistics
