Option to clear custom rank field when record is removed from saved prioritization report

Use case: using a saved prioritization view and sending the rank to a custom field

What is the challenge?

• When a record is removed from a saved prioritization report, the custom field with rank remains populated on that record. A user must remember to manually clear the custom rank field.

• There isn't an automation rule that allows for automatically clearing the custom rank field when removing from the prioritization view.

• There isn't a way to create a list report or API call to determine which records are currently on the saved prioritization views.

What is the impact?

• This creates confusion and difficulty with processes and reporting related to custom rank field as records retain the value in the custom rank field even if they are not on the list. Multiple records can have the same rank.

• Provide an option to automatically clear the custom rank field on records removed from the prioritization view.
