Avoid theme duplicates by similarity check

What is the challenge?

• Currently I can create several themes with the very same name and even associated ideas which might just happen to the fact that I have forgotten that I have already done this or might not be aware of other users´themes already created

What is the impact?

• there might be unnecessary duplicates that get users by other product team members and it might get hard to clen-up after some time.

Describe your idea.

• it would be great to also have a similarity check for theme creation process to avoid unnecessary duplicates
