Similarity check during creation even when adding ideas on a workspace Merged

What is the challenge?

• when adding a request not via a portal but directly on a workspace level there is no similarity check like given on a portal

• so similarity check is only available after the fact

What is the impact?

• deflection of duplicates is not available upon creation, but only after creation of a request

• would be great to also add similarity check to the creation process of a request on workspace level
