When a new team is added, they receive a unique workflow so that modifying the board doesn't change other teams boards
However, it appears that each time a Team Line or nested Team workspace is created, new workflows are automatically generated in account settings.
Specifically:
Creating a Team Line generates both a PI workflow and a Release workflow
Then creating nested Teams underneath generates another PI and Release workflow again
The assumption is the initial PI workflow is intended for the Team Line and the Release workflow for underlying Teams, but it seems strange why additional workflows continue to generate automatically after that.
This is creating admin overhead and configuration sprawl as they try scale Teamwork. Their goal is to maintain a standardized environment with a limited number of workflows/layouts so it’s a challenge.
If you create a team line and set the workflow, you should be able to select that nested teams use the same workflow
Need to understand how common this is and whether it should be a default setting for team line or a configuration
