Support friendly link labels for URL custom fields in Ideas portals

What is the challenge?

• URL custom fields in Ideas portals display the full raw URL. They do not support a separate display label or friendly link text.

What is the impact?

• This makes portal layouts harder to read, especially when links are long or meant to serve as references for customers. Showing the full URL looks cluttered and is less intuitive than displaying clear text such as “Historical reference” or “Documentation.”

Allow URL custom fields in Ideas portals to support:

• a separate link label and URL value, or

• rendering with friendly display text instead of the raw URL
