Allow for default of "idea visibility" for ideas created in App, not just via Portal

What is the challenge?

• While it is extremely easy to set up the default "idea visibility" for ideas that are created via an Idea Portal, there does not appear to be any way to set up the default for ideas created directly with the Aha application. It appears that it is always defaulted to "Not visibille" for "Visibility in Portals".

What is the impact?

• While the vast majority of the company only works within the Idea Portals (per design), our Product team works within Aha itself. They are not limited to the curated via of the portal. Therefor, they would also typically open ideas directly within Aha itself. Unfortunately, that means most of the ideas they open up never make their way to the Portal. That is because the value is defaulted to "Not visible". And while we have indicated that field be a required field, to try to get the Product team to update it, they never have to because it is always stuck on "Not visibile".
