Update Aha "TO-DOS" counter to only count open items

What is the challenge?

• As we are working our Aha ideas, as the owner I set "TO-DO" items for myself to follow up on a variety of items related to the project. Today, the counter shows a count of every item that has ever been added to that tab. This is confusing because each time I see that number it makes me think I have something that needs follow up, when in reality all the items could be completed.

What is the impact?

• This wastes valuable time, energy, and clicks going into the TO-DOS tab to figure out what is still left to be done or to follow up on.

Describe your idea.

• Please update the "TO-DOS" counter to only show a count of open items within that tab. Could be a TO-DO, Work Request, or Approval. If the item is completed it should not be included in the count at the top of the tab. This will help streamline workflows and eliminate unnecessary time spent checking the tab when there is nothing open for follow up.
