Users need to manually select languages for knowledge base portal to translate and it's not immediately obvious this needs to happen
User experience is not great as they need to spend time to find the drop-down list of languages at the bottom left corner in order to select a different language. It is not placed in a very visible location and it is to immediately obvious that's what you have to do when you are looking at a page with information in language you are not familiar with
If in the backed, eg 5 pre-defined languages have been selected, the front-end knowledge base should automatically pre-select the language (if it has been enabled in the backend settings) to match the language settings of the browser/region the user is accessing the platform from. As a minimum, the manual language selector should be placed in a more apparent location and carry through the pages (especially when navigating via mobile phone). You can have the language selector as a floating table/box that carries through the pages for example?
Hi, i also wanted to add that it's very important the language selector is visible and easily accessible when navigating the platform via mobile phone as currently the language selection option does not appear at all. Via mobile phone everything is only displayed in English which is a problem for customers who are based in non-English speaking regions.
