Add configuration of Jira Integration Alerts to a template

What is the challenge?

• We have defined a 'Vanilla' template which has been rolled out to all of our workspaces but the ability to configure Integration alert notification recipients does not get picked up by the template

What is the impact?

• We have over 100 workspaces which means each one has to be configured separately not only to include a user but also the update

Describe your idea.

• I love the ability to receive a notification when there is an integration error as this means we can be more proactive to prevent errors and correct. However, I have to go into each integration one by one to choose a recipient. Appreciate not every company wants the same recipient(s) to receive notifications but it this is configured in the template it should apply to all workspaces using that template
