Remove Disbanded Teams from the Teams dropdown

What is the challenge?

• We have a number of teams that have been disbanded that still show in the Teams dropdown for reporting and assigning advanced estimates

What is the impact?

• While the type-ahead functionality helps, this does create "noise" in the list and may be a constant reminder if those teams' disbandment was a result of workforce actions. Deleting a team deletes the historical data, including which teams may have worked on a particular feature.

Describe your idea.

• Provide the ability to mark the team as "no longer needed" and hide it from these views, while retaining the historical information. Allow those teams to be added back into the list (similar to "Show Shipped Releases), if needed for reporting.
