Whiteboard smart zone as a prioritization view

What is the challenge?

• We brainstorm our strategic roadmap each half in a whiteboard

• And then move into a prioritization view for ongoing execution

• However, it is a manual process to move from a whiteboard to a prioritization view

What is the impact?

• Time consuming and not a smooth experience

• You can ask Elle to help, but Elle does not have context on a prioritization view

Describe your idea.

• Allow for advanced smart zones that could be an idea or feature prioritization view

• Ordering them in the smart zone updates the order in the prioritization view

• You should also be able to lock the smart zone so no more changes impact the prioritization view once you are done planning (nice-to-have)
