Ability to convert KB comments to Ideas

What is the challenge?

• When a customer comments on our KB article (by voting it thumbs up/thumbs down and then providing feedback), they sometimes give feedback on the product rather than the article.

What is the impact?

• Product feedback should go to Ideas
