Elle generates documents from templates

What is the challenge?

• Elle can draft text and follow custom instructions for voice and style. But it cannot produce a full structured document that follows an exact template, enforces specific formatting rules, and checks its own output against team standards.

What is the impact?

• Product teams rely on consistent document formats: feature specs, positioning documents, design requirements, bug reports, 1:1 agendas. When these are written inconsistently, engineering gets ambiguous specs, stakeholders get confusing updates, and institutional knowledge degrades.

Describe your idea.

• Teams define document templates in workspace settings that specify sections, required fields, formatting rules, and example output. You provide Elle with a record reference or short description and select a template. Elle generates a complete, standards-compliant document. Elle can also review a draft against a template and flag deviations: missing sections, terminology errors, formatting inconsistencies, or style violations.
