Support capacity planning estimate updates using Elle (Ai assistant)

What is the challenge?

• Elle (Aha! Ai assistant) cannot recognize the capacity planning fields (detailed estimate, initial estimate, & actual effort)

What is the impact?

• It would be helpful to be able to query and update the values stored within the capacity planning fields using the Aha! AI assistant. Today, Elle cannot locate the fields.
