Display Preview of Comment Template text when using Comment Template

What is the challenge?

• When users want to use Comment Templates, they have to rely on the Comment Template name as text given on the tile displayed is not readable.

What is the impact?

• Ease of use when using templates as it is having great benefit to make use of central defined templates. Erroneously picking the wrong template might confuse and de-motivate users to make use of this and thereby comment template usage might be less used due to this.

Describe your idea.

• Offer a preview option to read information of the template to make sure it is the right one and thereby user picks it with confidence
