GSO folder not showing up / pulled by AI search

    Hi Allana,

    Can you have a look at my suggestions below and let me know if that solved it.

    • The menu in your screenshot is the Collections menu. If published documents assigned to a collection are not showing in your knowledge base, the collection might not be configured to be visible in the KB. You can make your collections visible in your account-level collections settings.

    • Only queries that are phrased like a question will return AI search results. If AI search does not return results at all, check that it is enabled in knowledge base settings.
