Create an export / printout of my Idea portal submissions

What is the challenge?

• Customers who submit ideas through the portal can only view them online today. If they want to share an idea with teammates, leadership, or others for input, they have to rely on screenshots or copy/paste, which makes collaboration harder than it should be.

What is the impact?

• This creates unnecessary friction in the feedback process. It slows down collaboration, makes it harder to gather internal buy-in, and can reduce engagement because ideas are harder to share and discuss outside the portal.

Describe your idea.

• Add the ability for customers to export their idea submissions into a simple shareable format like PDF or formatted text. This would let them easily:

  • share ideas with their team

  • bring submissions into planning meetings

  • gather feedback from stakeholders

  • keep offline records of submitted requests

• A lightweight export feature would make the portal feel much more collaborative and help customers socialize stronger, more complete ideas.
