Custom role expand options to "promote idea"

What is the challenge?

• We release at the epic level, not the initiative level. We are struggling to prevent team members from promoting ideas to the initiative level, when they do the ideas get lost and/or there's no clear determining factor on if the idea was actually resolved with work in the initiative.

What is the impact?

• Reduction in manual effort by product operations administrators, reduction in excess communications across the organization, increased clarity and accountability.

Describe your idea.

• Make custom roles options more granular for "promote ideas" to include a checkbox option for which record types they can promote to.
