Cannot bulk activate scorecard metrics for multiple scorecards (E+ feature)

What is the challenge?

• Currently, multiple scorecards can be enabled for each record within a workspace

• When a scorecard is added, the product value (total score for the scorecard) is not retrospectively calculated if it includes an automated scorecard metric

• When you bulk edit records to activate/enable an automated scorecard metric this is only supported for the "Main" scorecard, not multiple scorecards

• As a result, the only way to show an accurate product value scorecard value in a list report is to individually click into each scorecard to update it

What is the impact?

• Manual work to update or show the correct product scorecard value

• Reduced value/utilisation of new multiple scorecard (E+ feature)

Describe your idea.

• Scorecards should be enabled/activated automatically on records

• Bulk edit to enable an automated scorecard metric should automatically activate any scorecard (that is not the first workspace scorecard) so that the scorecard shows the correct product value score
