Allow the addition of the same comment to multiple Aha! requests Merged

What is the challenge?

• I have multiple requests that I'd like to move to an "approved" status, and I'd like to be able to add such a comment, the same comment, to multiple requests as part of a bulk edit

What is the impact?

• currently I need to edit each and every idea individually
