Support record link options when sharing a Note to an Ideas portal page

What is the challenge?

• It's currently possible to # mention a record within a Note and select the display options (Screenshot 1). When sharing the Note to a live webpage, these display options are respected. However, when sharing the Note to an Ideas portal page, the record is displayed as a reference (Screenshot 2)

What is the impact?

• Idea portal users are unable to see important information about records mentioned in a portal page.
