Have "Responses" AI action review any notes in addition to transcripts

What is the challenge?

• The "Responses" AI action in a Discovery interview currently only works on an uploaded transcript.

What is the impact?

• If a user has uploaded a note or document, even if that document is in clear Q&A format, the "Responses" must be tagged manually.

Describe your idea.

• Certain AI actions such as quotes and learnings already work on notes as well as transcripts. The "Responses" action should work this way as well.
