Export personas to markdown format

Our personas are stored in Aha and we want to use them with Claude AI. Claude can accept a PDF or PNG but them uses more tokens to process that data than if we could provide a markdown (.md) file with the same data.

Add an Export MD feature to the Export menu for personas
