Internal Aha Ideas Layout Improvement

Each workspace can only have one custom layout. This is limiting when you have multiple Idea Portals for the same workspace, i.e. internal, customer, partner that all have different fields.

Makes triaging ideas and requests harder

As Aha provides configurability to have different layouts for the different portals - make that applicable to the internal Aha view.
