Filter Team Capacity Report by User

Currently, it is not possible to filter the Team capacity report by User.

It's not currently possible to filter out users from the Team capacity report. This filtering must be done at the Team level

Add a Team > Users filter, so certain users can be filtered out of the Team capacity report if needed
