Automation support to sync promoted record's release to custom release field on source idea

Currently, it's not possible to create an automation rule that syncs a promoted record's release name to a custom release field on the source idea.

While it is now possible to sync to a custom text field, the custom release field is preferred because it populates with the actual release (clickable link) rather than just text.

It's hard to get an up to date view of the release in which the source idea will be addressed.

Add support for an automation rule where:

• The trigger is where the promoted record's release is updated to anything (currently exists).

• The action is to update the related record's custom release field with "the same as" the release name field
