Pin/persist a drawer

Sometimes when opening records, team members are trying to reference or copy information across. Due to the drawer minimizing when the user clicks into the original record, they continually need to re-open the drawer or open another window entirely.

Time savings, better user experience

Add the ability to pin a drawer open, where it would essentially occupy the rightmost portion of the browser window (almost like the Ideas browser plugin in terms of where it would sit).
