Hide internal “Epic” label on customer-facing roadmap drill-down

Customer-facing roadmaps expose internal taxonomy (“EPIC”) in the drill-down UI.
That label is useful internally, but it’s not meaningful to customers.

Confusion: Customers don’t know what an “EPIC” is (or interpret it incorrectly).

Reduced clarity of the roadmap: The item title/description gets overshadowed by process jargon.

Trust/polish hit: It signals “this is built for our workflow, not for you,” which can feel sloppy or overly internal.

Add a visibility control to hide internal work-item types on shared/customer pages.
