Bug? - Whiteboard records stop updating after a while

When working with Aha record cards on a whiteboard, for a while they update for changes such as state changes and number of child items, but after a while they stop responding. Screenshot attached shows unresponsive card on the left and new responsive copy of the card on the right.

Have to click through to the item and take a new copy of the item link, paste to the board and remove the unresponsive card. Disruptive to workflow and means I have lower trust in the data I'm seeing.

Fix possible bug
