Ability to add custom instructional text/description to the knowledge base sign-in screen

What is the challenge?

Currently, the knowledge base sign-in screen only supports a password field with no contextual or instructional messaging. Our users who reach this page and do not remember or cannot locate the password have no guidance on next steps to reach the appropriate support from our team.

What is the impact?

User frustration at the first touchpoint of our knowledge base.

Reduced adoption and perceived usability of our knowledge base.

Our Internal teams must repeatedly resend or explain password access via email

Describe your idea

Allow admins to add configurable, read-only helper text or messaging to the knowledge base sign-in screen.

Example use case copy:

“Our user guide password has been distributed to all user emails. If you’re having trouble locating the password, please contact incontrol.success@inchargeus.com”
