Currently, the knowledge base sign-in screen only supports a password field with no contextual or instructional messaging. Our users who reach this page and do not remember or cannot locate the password have no guidance on next steps to reach the appropriate support from our team. |

Allow admins to add configurable, read-only helper text or messaging to the knowledge base sign-in screen. “Our user guide password has been distributed to all user emails. If you’re having trouble locating the password, please contact incontrol.success@inchargeus.com” |
